Déjà vu

It's all about me of course, about shaping how life manifests in idiotic, random, chaotic and always senseless ways.

I don't want to be an Ass.

What to do when a student is not performing the best she can, should I just be mean and dock points out or really talk to her. I AM AN ASS, I should be taking more points off, she doesn't deserve a 78, she really deserves a 40. I am such a pussy when it comes to grading, instead of taking -2, -3, I should be doing -5 and -10. But I still bealive that they can really inprove without making it hard for them. She had nonsense all over the place. I guess my friend Carlos who teaches and grades a spanish course (or several of them for whatever matters) can really take some points off in a situation like this without touching his harth, and if they pass or not and how that relates to the knowledge they can handle, digest, and spit in an orderly fashion, won't matter that much. They probably only use spanish to ask for margaritas on spring break, but Anam, she really needs help, I am worried, It will get so hard for her as the semester progresses, that if she doesn't get in track, she might find that this field is not for her.. :(

Can't blame her, Bioc463a is the hardest course for undergrads, and the more important for their early carrer in research..
